Blouse from Gucci

Today is Valentine's Day :)  I'm excited!  Not because I have a boyfriend and we're going to get married and put reed diffusers and quaint soap containers in our home - but because I purchased a fabulous top from Gucci (the Madison Ave one).  I believe it's part of the permanent collection as it's been around for years.  Now I have to admit that up until yesterday I had been thinking of buying dresses.  But that wouldn't fit my lifestyle at all.  I'm not so sure what I'll be doing a year from now, but I don't think it would be convenient for me to sit in the soup kitchen, sit in the park getting fucked up, or going to the police station wearing a fancy dress.

Here's the top:

 

I would wear it with my white boot cut True Religion jeans or J brand jeans in bengal (any salmon colour) or ice blue

 

With white jeans you could wear it with boots of this colour

And with pink or blue jeans you could wear it with boots of this colour!

I ended up wearing this shirt with YSL's 5 colour harmony garden of eden.  I wore the olive colour on the bottom right corner, on the lid and blended the middle colour which is like a shimmery green, onto the crease.  It's a springtime look.

When people see you walking down the street in their outfit the music playing in their mind will be something like Owl City- Galaxies.  They will be inspired by your amazing and unreal beauty.  Trust me trust me ;-)

Chanel Poudre Universelle and Dior primer

Recently I also purchased the Chanel poudre universelle and Dior Capture Totale makeup base.  I'm not sure they make a difference to be honest.





I got samples of a Chanel sunscreen, CC cream, Dior J'adore fragrance, and Dior's hydralife serum.

Eyelash Curler and Concealer from Chanel

Today I purchased an eyelash curler and a concealer (I'm actually using the shade 20) from Chanel.  I got a sample of the Le Blanc serum and last time I got a sample of CC cream.  I felt that the salesperson was rude because she was not friendly.  I tried to talk to her but she ignored me and I asked her for a sponge to apply the concealer with but she said no even though in other stores they would give you 10 if you asked for one.

Eyeliner from Chanel

Today I decided to purchase a Chanel eyeliner: the stylo yeux waterproof one in Noir intense.  I moved to another city and my Dior eyeliner is on its last legs, and don't have my other eyeliners with me.  It may have just been the lighting in the mall, but when I applied the eyeliner in the mall, it looked super dark, which is a good thing.  At first the sales associate showed me a look where it was brown on the lid and a gold-ish colour on the crease.  I was not impressed at all because that's too common, but the eyeliner made everything look fantastic.

Dior Eyeshadow from Nordstrom

I decided to order this from the Nordstrom at the Stanford Shopping Centre.  You know that feeling you have about a special guy, "The first time I saw him, I just knew I had to fuck him"?  Similarly, I could not get this eye shadow palette out of my head.  When I first saw the colours, I thought I didn't particularly need it (hypothetically - wasn't thinking of buying another eye shadow at the time) because I already have a beige, a dark brown (though this one might be darker - we'll see), and a bronzey colour (though this one might be different - we'll see too).  True, I have often bought eye shadow palettes where I know I'll only use 2 of the colours, but lately I'd prefer to buy something where I could use all the colours.

Anyways, what made my mind keep returning to this was that it was part of the holiday 2013 collection.  The fact that it is specially for Christmas makes me feel warm and happy inside, so that's why I got it :)

From my order of the Dior eye shadow I got 2 samples of the Miss Dior fragrance and 1 sample of the J'adore fragrance.

Dior Nail Polish + fragrance samples from Nordstrom

I purchased one of the nail polishes from Dior's holiday collection this year, Frimas.  I thought it would look good for Christmas.

My tips and tricks about nail polish:

When you wear nail polish and ask a guy that you're attracted to if he likes your nail polish, he WILL take your hand and look at the nail polish.

Remember, you want your hands to look fabulous because guys are imagining your hand around their cocks :)

By the way, with that order Nordstrom is also sending me fragrance samples of Lancome La Vie est Belle, Chloe Roses de Chloe, and Narciso Rodriguez For Her.

Scarf from Alexander McQueen

I ordered a "classic silk chiffon scarf" from the Alexander McQueen in Bal Harbour.  When men see me wearing this scarf, they will want to rip my clothes off and enter me.  I got it in the apricot colour.
